Nancy Peprah

Nancy Peprah is a Ghanaian entrepreneur and business support professional with over a decade of experience working with individuals, businesses and organisations across business support, coordination, events, travel and destination experiences.

She is the Founder and Lead Coordinator of Janigye Enterprise, a Ghanaian business established in 2017 and built around three core areas: Business Support, Corporate Experiences, and Travel & Destination Experience. Through Janigye, Nancy works to connect people, businesses and opportunities, providing practical coordination and execution support for clients and partners while creating experiences that facilitate meaningful relationships and collaboration.

Her work increasingly focuses on business connections, corporate experiences, international partnerships and destination-based opportunities, particularly those that connect Ghana with people, businesses and organisations beyond its borders.

Nancy is currently developing Business Beyond the Boardroom (BBB), a Janigye initiative designed to create structured opportunities for entrepreneurs and business leaders to engage beyond traditional meetings through business conversations, company introductions, relationship-building and destination experiences. She is also developing Janigye's capacity in travel and destination management, with a focus on curated Ghana experiences, corporate and private delegations, international visitors and partnerships with organisations seeking reliable local coordination and access to Ghana.

Nancy's approach is practical and relationship-driven. She believes that meaningful opportunities often emerge when people are intentionally connected, supported and given the opportunity to collaborate. Her entrepreneurial journey has been shaped primarily through practical experience, client relationships, business development and building partnerships across different sectors. She is particularly interested in creating platforms that help people and businesses connect, access opportunities and grow.

Nancy is currently focused on expanding Janigye's international partnerships and building platforms that strengthen connections between Ghanaian businesses, professionals and international networks.
